What is a Dietitian ?
A dietitian is a university-trained health professional who specialises in food, nutrition, and how it affects your health. We use the latest scientific evidence to help you understand what your body needs, create personalised nutrition plans, and support you to make lasting, realistic changes.
As an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), I’m qualified to work with people of all ages and health backgrounds—from managing chronic conditions like diabetes or heart disease, to fuelling athletic performance, and help you reach your body composition goals.
Unlike the endless online advice and fad diets, dietitians are regulated professionals who give you safe, reliable guidance tailored to your lifestyle, culture, and goals.
